Sounds like something else is causing you gastro distress. Have you cut out other foods besides gluten? Or are you getting sneaky gluten like through a new medication or remodeling you are exposed to? There are many ways you have symptoms. Give a little more info.

It has been horrible for allergies in Chicago this summer. I've been gluten free for a year as of Friday! But although not have any gluten for sure...I've been having horrible GI problems as if I have been glutenized. So bad that I'm curled up in a ball. Benedryl seems to help aliviate some of the pain. My sister has the same thing at the same time.

Anyone else have this? Is this normal and does it ever go away!?

I've been gluten free for 9 months and this year allergies are at a high. I was going well and feeling better until my allergies really have bothered me. I now have the worst IBS and haven't taken anything with gluten.

Does anyone know if regular allergies can trigger your celiac? Help! It's horrible and I'm sick of being in the house due to not wanting to go to far.

I just recieved this quarters copy of Sully's Living Without magazine and I saw an ad for the Panda brand gluten-free soy sauce in individual packets. Has anyone tried these? My kids like soy sauce on their rice and chicken, and I really need some to take with us for traveling. I hate bringing a big bottle of San-J tamari with us!

Anyone ever had spotting and bleeding during intercourse and regular activity? I've gone to my doctor and had tests and tests run and all I can think of is I was just diagnosed about 3 months ago with celiac and have gone gluten free. I'm not in a relationship now, but on the pill and still get bleeding in the middle of the cycle! I love this weight loss, but I'd go without it if it means this is going to keep going on! I would like to be in a relationship sometime and not have to worry about this embarressment.

I have heard that it is just fine. I'm in the restaurant industry as well as a chef.
