  1. I know when I started eating gluten free, other food intolerances started to surface, such as dairy, eggs, and others. So although I felt better initially, it started to seem like I was sick all over again. But after revamping my diet a few times, I finally feel great. If I were you, I would try an elimination diet, where you eliminate all common allergens and slowly reintroduce into your diet to see if they bother you.
