Ha! Don't apologize! I appreciate that you took the time to write all that. I got brave and bought some Lundberg rice cakes (apple cinnamon). I'm still not sure I'm totally okay on rice, but it's really helped my blood sugar crashes. I saw a dietician this week and she's okay with my calories and activity level, so yay! How're you doing?
