  1. You can't have regular oats like Quaker becuase they are contaminated with gluten but there are several brands of gluten-free oats on the market - Gluten-Free Oats, Cream Hill Estates, and Bob's Red Mill are a few brands.

    New to this. May I ask what you mean by Neurological problems when you eat Quaker Oats. I don't seem to have any problems with them.

  2. You have to check Amy's frozen dinners, some are some aren't depends what they are carrying that week, and not the krispy m&ms, I buy the plain.

    The mission tortilla chips are actually labeled gluten free and the salsa maybe too, I cant remember, the organic kind.

    New to this and only know I am gluten intolerant. do you read every label? I think I'm getting it as to what I can't have in terms of "ingredients", but does every product need to be labled "gluten free" before I can put it in my mouth?
