Problem: the minimum order for shipping is $20, but they say there's a limit of one jar of chickpea tamari (at $8.50) per order - and all their other products seem to contain soy!! Dang it....
actually, they make soy free miso from chickpeas and brown rice.
they do make some products w/ soy and some w/ barley though and i haven't inquired wrt cc yet

Bone broth is great for all the minerals and vitamins required for tissue repair. I make a huge batch, freeze it and use it in rice and anywhere that calls for bouillon.
Ferments are also helpful for recolonizing bacteria- whole food probiotics.
Zinc is necessary for proper production of stomach acid- vitamin c helps to spare enzymes made with zinc, among other functions.

Are you certain it's the coconut milk and not the preservatives?

4 words: South River Miso Company for chickpea tamari

I'm way late in responding to this topic. I found it via a search engine while searching "soy free beef jerky recipe"
There actually IS a soy and gluten free "soy sauce". It's made by South River Miso Company and it's only available in limited quantities. They also make soy and gluten free miso (obviously).
Anyway, you've probably had the little one by now, so congrats, but I just had to let you know.

How Much Gluten For Testing To Be Accurate?
in Celiac Disease Pre-Diagnosis, Testing & Symptoms

i have a friend considering a blood panel to test for celiac disease. she's gluten-free (among a great and varied many others). she thinks her buckwheat (eaten daily) may be cc'd and was wondering- if that's enough to cause symptoms, is it enough to test positive? would she need to eat more gluten for the test to be reliable?
