we call it "jimmy legs" and I had that about one week out of every month.

The week I stopped gluten I had it TERRIBLY! for about three nights but then it quit altogether.

I don't know the answer because I'm not familiar with the brand, but I'm wondering if they are just chicken breasts, what could be in them that could contain gluten? I haven't been doing this long and most of the time I buy my chicken fresh, but I'd like to know for future reference what to look out for. Thanks and I hope you get you answer. Sometimes writing the company that makes them is the only way to know for sure.

Great Value? Is that the WalMart brand? I have an unopened pack in my freezer. I have Meijer brand that I am eating now and they are delicious and give me no reaction.

I'm glad that you posted this. I am one week gluten free today and every night I turn this way, then turn that way, get up, drink some milk, lay back down, get up again.

I've never been like this my whole life. I sleep fine once I fall asleep, but it takes a long time to feel asleep.

Then, when Im trying to fall asleep, here come the jimmy legs. I get the jimmy legs awful. Have to start turning my ankles and stretching my legs. I don't know if that's what you all call it, the jimmy legs. Do you know what I mean?
