Thanks all!!! I am actually trying the Body by Vi shakes now and have not had a reaction that i have noticed yet.

I want to start taking meal replacement/diet shakes. My Main issue is which ones are gluten free/celiac friendly??? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I am not sure if you have a BJ's brewery up there but down here in Ca. they serve Red Bridge and have gluten free pizza and pizookie's.

So I am trying to deal with my celiac. I am usually pretty careful and good about what I eat. However when I do get "glutened" the reaction can be mild or super harsh!! I am just trying to get a rough idea of how long on average reactions tend to last.

I was diagnosed with Celiac from a positive blood test for the disease back in November of 2010. I have not had the endoscopy performed yet. Should this be done in order to be 100% sure? If I stay away from Gluten I am usually fine. I have seen there is tests being done on a vaccine to "stop" gluten sensitivity and want to make sure I have all of the bases covered if it does work so I can eat a regular hamburger if the vaccine works.
