Cooking Gluten free for over three years now. Mom of Celiac. Daughter diagnosed at age 18 was showing symptoms since she was 11. shes now 22 and eating fully Gluten free for over 3 years with family educated and fully supporting her needed lifestyle change. we do this as a family
