  1. I ended up being highly senstive to corn. Corn is in everything ! I lost lots of foods along my journey. I now live on (Harris Tetter farmers market) potatoes, ( equaal Exchange) allergy free chocolate, home grown collard greens. I did the LDI treatments, i can eat 100 pcs of arrowhead mills 100% corn puff cerial now without a reaction.  I can now retry some foods including gluten. I have a list of 9 pages of chemicals that are made from corn ! It took me 5 years to find some feterlizer that didn"t contain corn. We are fed so much corn the FDA does not even require it to be on the ingredents label.
