Tested Positive with Celiacs in 2008 and was actually advised to go wheat-free in some-time in the early 1980's (& tried, but failed terribally). Have many other allergies including All Nuts, Shellfish, Salmon (& now have to avoid All Ocean Fish & Ioldine contrast dye), and A Latex Based Allergy Which includes Avocados, Peaches, Papayas, and now Bannanas (all of which puts me in anaphylaxis). I have had a minor lactose intolorance since I was a teenager, but can control it with lactaid or with soy-based products, but have never reacted to hard or soft cheese or yogurt.
