  1. Tried my first gluten free bread tonight (Udi's white bread) and it was so good! I made it into garlic toast to go with my spaghetti I made which of course was made with gluten free pasta, sauce, etc.. I had a hard time stopping it was all so good! I'm a huge pasta/bread person so having something gluten free that can take the place I'm in heaven!! Loved EVERY bite of it all I'm only 10 days being gluten free but I must say its been amazing physically and my taste buds are NOT complaining, LOL
  2. Tonight I had leftover Spaghetti Pie, reheats really nicely! I'm in the process of losing weight so it was just a small portion. 32 lbs down, 25 to go!
