My cycle changed a few months after I went gluten-free; it got worse before it got better. Now, at almost a year, my period is so much easier to handle. It could be that your body is adjusting because you are beginning to absorb more nutrients?

I used to get those all the time...but mostly on my arms. The ones on my abdomen used to be right around my belly button

I've had issues with the Pamela's flours, too! I've only eaten the bread flour and pancake mix both of which bothered me. (the pancake mix does not have sorghum but it does have buttermilk and milk is definitely an issue for me).

Take some paracetamol.
It's all in my head, nothing to do with my stomach.
I think our doctors have gone too far with the gut–head connection...

So, after I posted my cynical thoughts about the medical profession this AM, I went to the dentist and the Newsweek magazine just fell open to THIS article (honest) and I laughed and thought, O M G! they have to see this.
Here is one tidbit:
"The average time a patient has to present his concerns before
being interrupted by the doctor?
23 seconds."
oh, there more....

And that's BEFORE they walk in and ask, "So how are you?"

My brother was very colicky as a baby, so much so that my mother decided to take him to the doctor. The doctor's advice? Don't bring him on your good carpets.

Hi all,
I'm adding more pictures now that my rash has developed some consistency. I get it on my upper back/shoulders, buttocks (not amused
), stomach, jaw line and hairline. Some more recent-ish photos - the rash hasn't changed much - varies in severity (these pics are medium severity). Still not dx'd but Celiac is suspected (I think?).
- I always always always get this "lesion" in the same spot every time I get glutened or iodined - so strange.
Still obscenely itchy, stings, doesn't like hot weather or water, etc.
Hope this helps someone! 🙂
