    Fortunately I wont pick up a cigarette no matter how much my blood boils!! My blood could boil until I pass out but I wont be taking any drags off a cigarette. My body cannot handle smoking at all now.....I'll be just as toxic as if I'd had a couple beers.....its soooo not worth it.

    I agree that gluten can cause damage outside of the intestines. However, I dont think a person w/out Celiac is sentenced to a life without gluten.
