    Hi, I was tested through Enterolab about 17 months ago. I used to be in Camp #1.....GO ENTEROLAB!! I've since switched to Camp # 2.....for all of the reasons previously mentioned. I'm just not so sure anymore and have been waiting for him to publish...and still waiting.

    Nancy, I had bloodwork and biopsy....both negative. I dont think I fall into the 1-2% of Celiacs without DQ2 or DQ8. I dont think my tTG is specific for Celiac...my malabsorption did not improve after going gluten-free. Unfortunately I had my biopsy 6 months after being gluten-free....so its pretty useless but I was not willing to do a challenge...

    Hi, Enjoy Life products are free of all of these allergens. You can eat rice cakes, Tinkyada pasta, Food for Life makes brown rice tortillas. You'll have to read labels but there are plenty of things out there for you. Obviously the veggies and meats are safe.

    Yup....the crawling thing is definately from candida for me. It happens when I eat super starchy foods. Mango...I have not seen the oats?? I've only been shopping at Whole Foods...hmmmm...I wonder where I might find them?? Maybe I will have to start a new thread....Where are the gluten-free oats??? I neeeeeed some.

    Hi, I get this as a symptom for all of my food intolerances. For me....its never went away 100% because I react to alot of things.....not just gluten. I'm pretty sure its caused by candida in my case.

    I'm still trying to figure this out myself. My results were... IgA 16 tTG 15 and get this.... malabsorption 912 (yes, I was very sick with alot of weight loss) I have no Celiac genes. If tTG is specific for Celiac...how is it possible that I have elevated tTG?? Its been a year and a half and I still dont have a logical answer...

    I used to get shooting pains. I've had pain in my hips and joints but its improved alot. Muscle tremors are common with Lyme....but I dont really get them myself. I do get heart palps. I woder if anyone ever got this strange symptom?? I used to get random and sudden sharp pains....like I was being bit by something. It would hurt enough to make me wince...

    I might need prayers. I'm eating a bowl of McCanns oatmeal. I swore I would never eat them again....last time I had bad cramps and diahrrea. I was also eating alot of other bad stuff back then....so I'm giving it another try....a second chance. It might be bad for candida but it cant be worse than ice cream....I just dont want to be glutened...

    It was nothing I could deal with on my own so I got some good Dr.'s. My body is pretty toxic, I react to everything....including alot of supplements. The Dr.'s ran various tests for things that cause these kinds of problems. It looks like I have Lyme Disease and then a bunch of stuff piled on top of that. I go to BioSET treatments to help with...

    Personally, I agree with those who are pleased that Celiac was mentioned...that Elisabeth spoke about her disease....and that it was done on national TV. I thought it was great that they drank gluten-free beer (wish I could). Of course it COULD have been better...but we can say that about any segment done on Celiac....its never good enough...

    I only have problems with glutamates in food after I've eaten something with MSG in it. It seems to overload my system so that I am unable to tolerate free glutamates which occur from cooking proteins. It takes sometimes up to two weeks for my reactions to subside. I always have a problem with soup though...I cant tolerate making stews or broths...

    VERY TRUE. Candida itself produces over 79 toxins. The worst being acetaldehyde. I cant tolerate any supplements that contain alcohol....my liver is already dysfunctional. The "aldehydes" casuse me problems...especially the ones in fragrances. One of the people treating me put me on some supplements that were alcohol based and she instructed...

    Patti...I've experienced that so many times before!! I just could not speak! It would happen to me all the time when I was really sick. Ummm...its kind of funny how I always say "When I was really sick"....as if I'm not anymore. I hope you feel better soon!

    Hi Flowergirl. I'm actually not corn-intolerant as I had suspected when I started this thread. But it was something I learned alot about and from there went on to learn alot more stuff....and still here learning more and more each day.     My mom said she doesnt think its a good idea to see the other LLMD from the same office. She said she likes the Dr. I'm seeing and the way hes handling things. She thinks it would be wrong to schedule with the other Dr. unless maybe I mentioned it to my Dr. first. She was saying that faster and more aggressive is not always best.....sometimes its better...

When they do the testing they have a definition of what each thing is...what exactly it does in the body. Its on the bottom right hand side of the screen. You can ask her what it is and if she doesnt know she'll look there. Susan doesnt know what everything...

    Donna....noooo she doesnt!! I havent figured her out yet. When she drew my blood for my bloodtest was the only time I think she was super nice and she did the BEST blooddraw I think I've ever had....even though she was nervous. Usually she isnt very friendly though. I say "hi" when I walk in and she doesnt even acknowledge me.....EVER. ...
