That sounds exactly like me before I went gluten-free! I would have to go RIGHT THEN and if I didn't I felt so sick and my lower abdomen HURT! I would have to get to a bathroom and be completely alone. My poor hubby learned to just let me be if this happened. I also would get very short with others if I was en route to a bathroom during one of these ...
