    They will readily offer you a gluten free menu at you reqeust. I have found it a great experience. I hope yours will be as well.

    Elizabeth: I know that our bodies tell us things and it's up to us to figure it out. Apparently, there is a lack in something that you body is asking for. You should not be hungry after a meal.
