    It is my understanding that McCains are gluten free and cross-contamination is not an issue as they are grown in dedicated fields and dedicated processing lines. Perhaps other will post as it has been subject to discussion here several times.

    Thank you for sharing that information. Although, not all the products that you listed contain gluten. All flavors of Crest are gluten free according the the 2006 Delphi Forum Product list. I would like to check on some of the others. Back later.

    I personally would like this thread to be shut down. The header and the sub liner indicates that there is flour in toilet paper. That pretence has been disproved, sighting the prevalence in research presented in this thread. Therefore, it is a documented a non- issue regarding Celiac. It is an unnecessary concern to the new ones that may inquire...

    Interesting topic and intriguing. My Uncle and his daughter are red-headed. I have always had red highlights and of Austrian decent. Red hair and odd body shape.......could this be an alien connection.

    Yup...This is our annual event. We usually have about 20 people over. The guys watch the game the girls watch the commercials. This year: Pork Tenderloin with Paul Prudhomme's dry rub. (on the grill) B&B Baked Beans -doctored up Large Salad Gluten cornbread for the others. (someone else makes) Easy My daughters birthday also.

    Teresa: I am sorry that you are feeling bad today. Some times we just have to listen to our own bodies, no matter what others tell us. You might not have celiac, which is indicated by the flattening of the villi in the small intestings. I am sure that you know that. You may have a gluten sensitivity, which is corrected with the same diet...

    LL Welcome to the board! Many of the symptoms that you have described can be attributed to Celiac. Many people often grain weight. In my case, I lost weight.
