  9. Just looked it up. Russell Stover is gluten free, with the exception of cookie type candies.

  14. This board is classic for it's poop talk. Before I was dx'd, every thing would clear out in about 15 minutes, looking the same as when it when in. And, with a 2 second warming.
  15. Jerry: For most foods, it takes about 24 hours, a steak can take up to 7 days to break down and leave, according to Dr. Oz. If you were glutened, the autoimune reacts may take several days to return to normal.
  16. Just a side note here. The New Yorker who was quoted, is OUR Jillian I have been able to eat McD's fries up until now. With in 24 hours of eating them a few days ago, I had a strong gluten reaction. After being gluten free for some time, I believe you react to the smalled amount of gluten, where as initially, I did not react.
