    Through the processing, they claim that all gluten is removed, but they list for liability issues. Some here partake with non issues, others have issues and some just plain refuse. In my opinion, it's trial and error.

    I drink Seagram's 7 & and 7-up most of the time and have never had an issue. Potato Vodka is safe but you need to read the ingred. on your juices. For beer, try "New Grist" it is gluten free.     Polyvinyl Alcohol can be used in weapons of mass destruction..........so, dumb a$$, that I am, put it in my eyes.

    I know that gluten can only be ingested and some react to inhaling. But, could someone react through porous tissue as the eyes and get an alergic reaction, if you are celiac or gluten senstive?

    Today, I put some eye, re-wetting drops in my eyes, left over from my children from the holidays. Now, my eyes are VERY dilated and VERY blurry. So, read the label of ingredients: polyvinyl alcohol. Is it possible, that I had glutened my eyes? What do you all think. This is very odd. Lisa

    You know, I really admire all of the mothers with celiac children. It's darn hard to deal with the diet as an adult, but with a child must be so difficult.     Whoa, Cathy, I do forget sometimes that some of you are enjoying summer while some of us are chilly in our winter. It would be soooo strange for me not to get gloves, scarfs, coats for gifts. Although, it might be cool to open presents and then go to the beach. I hope that you had a wonderful Christmas....maybe some Margarita Mix with a new beach...

    For Christmas I recieved a home made gluten free french loaf, from a well meaning friend........Well, took one bite and my husband and I decided to put it on the floor at the back door to keep the draft out.

    Another incentive: I had terrible lower back pain for three years. After several months of being gluten free, it totally went away and has not returned. I believe my pain came from inflamation of the small intestines. Lisa
