I think the issue of cross contamination is HIGHLY overrated. Only a small percentage of the members here are sensitive enough to be affected by miniscule amounts of cross contamination.
Companies don't add gluten to get their products to 20 ppm or 10 ppm. Even if a product tests at less than 10 ppm, it may have no gluten or 2 ppm. It's just how the tests work.

I AGREE! Progress, may be not for all, but it's still progress. The fine tuning comes with exposure, marketing reports, profits and time. I do think we have a large voice and a big pocket book, at least for the time being.
