Hello, I am new to the forum. I was diagnosed with temporal lobe epilepsy last November, and discovered gluten intolerance in December. Basically I've been gluten free since then (I am not celiac), and saw great changes--gone my constant morning diarrhea, gone my muscle aches and pains, gone my persistent headaches.
