  1. Gluten-free pizza. The pasta is made of cauliflower with only a little gluten-free flour. it delicious with mozzarella and ham.
  2. In Europe (Austria) there is also gluten-free beer. I live in Hungary but travek to Austria often to buy them. It's quite expensive but the taste it great. If you ever go there you should try it also.
  3. In Europe you can get food on some airlines, but not all. If you're about to travel, you ned to contact them before booking and ask.
  4. Hi everyone, I've just found an interesting recepie on a natural lifestyle blog. I'm interested whether it's good or not. If someone is brave enough to make it please let me know. What's your oppinion on it? The recipe for 4 people: one head of cauliflower one cup of shredded parmesan one cup of shredded mozzarella (this is what makes the whole crust a real pizza crust) 1/2 tablespoon salt 2 eggs (preferably omega-3 or grass-fed) 1/2 tablespoon oregano Pre-heat your oven to 300 degrees. Wash cauliflower head, remove leaves and stem, and chop up. Put the cauliflower into your food processor and pulse for 2 minutes. Be careful and do not overdo it as it becomes watery. Add processed cauliflower to a microwaveable bowl. Microwave, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Add cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and salt. Mix well. Adjust seasoning to taste. Add eggs, and mix well. Pour out onto a greased baking sheet. Spread out evenly so it becomes a pizza form. Bake for 15-20 minutes until lighty brown. Here comes the fun and creative part. Remove the crust from the oven and top it whatever you like. My favourites are tomatoes, ham, prosciutto, mushrooms and a lot of mozzarella. Put it back in the oven and bake until the cheese melts. EAT TIME! So?
