    Y'all have pretty much convered what I would be looking for. What about the chef's apron ? Can they change after baking something covered in gluten ?     I'm not sure which states have Cracker Barrell's, but I ate there for about a month and didn't have any severe symtpoms from gluten... I ate the roast beef, carrots, green beans and applesauce. It is available on their carb watchers menu. Also, Red Lobster was ok. You picked a great time to come to FL. I live on the coast and it is 80 degrees...

    I used to have this all the time, except when I had "D". My body had forgotten how to go on it's own. I later found out wheat does this to me. Even a minute amount ... Have you tried using oils, like EVOO, grapeseed oil, flax or borage ? These are good for you and will not affect have a negative effect your cholesteral. I don't remember...

    Thanks. I'm not sure who sells raw dog food around here, but I can check with a few places ... It was going to cost $200 to get her teeth cleaned and I sure can find something better to do with $200. My dogs thank you too ... Marcia

    I just started drinking raspberry kefir made by Helios Saturday. Did you notice how much sugar it has ? 23 grams ... I think plain only has 10 grams. Helios kefir is gluten free. If this is your first time drinking kefir you may have to back off and only drink 2 oz at a time. It can be hard on your digestive tract. Any change, even one for the better...
