    But I would say/add find a Fat Soluble B-1 like Benfotiamine for best results.  The kind found in most Multivitamins have a very low absorption rate.

    @Nacina,
    I would add a B Complex to all that and extra thiamine B 1 and magnesium glycinate, and high dose Vitamin D to get his level up faster.  
    We need the B vitamins to repair our body and for energy to function. ...

    I knew about this.....but didn't think about it at the time.
    NOT Only can Stress makes Celiac symptom's worse.....IT might even be the trigger for Celiac disease.
    STRESS is Common before a Celiac...

    Niacinamide (with Tetracycline) has been studied/shown to help DH symptom's.
