I have read about possible benefits from taking high dose niacin for some people. However, I am still don't think it is safe. The daily value for niacin according to the Mayo Clinic is 16 milligrams (mg) a day. I can ... -

Also a gluten free diet is the only treatment for celiac disease and NCGS.
