I ignored my doc's instructions to not eat oats, I ate Bob's gluten-free oats and gluten-free granola. It took about a month, but I got horribly glutened. I tried other gluten-free oats and still got sick. I eliminated them for awhile...

As mentioned by other eliminate dairy, eggs, and iodine rich foods. Seafood and don't forget about iodized salt. Just get yourself some sea salt instead and see if that helps. The rash can take a while to clear

Have you tried soaking them in distilled water?  Apparently distilled water can pull more lectins out of seeds and beans.
