i just posted not too long ago how I got cross contaminated. It's been over a week but here and there every day I'm still having spurts of the cramps and diarrhea and I'm confused.

My gluten cramps are very different from my other tummy cramps. But I am lactose intolerant as well but I didn't have any milk. I dunno. I just though the burning was weird. Cause I get it sometimes but not often. Not usually when I get glutened.

i got diagnosed Febraury 2014. I can tell when it's cc and not pure gluten but there Is a new symptom this time other then the aching and cramps and diarrhea. My insides literately feel like they Are on fire. What can help that?

i was diagnosed February 2014. But yet I'm still have trouble emotionally going to the grocery store and being around people eating gluten (like pizza). Is there anything I can do??

I had my Gene's? tested through my psychologist and it came back that I as well have a folic acid deficiency. I wondered if It had anything to do with my Celiac but she didn't know.

Within the first 6 months of me being diagnosed, Amy's came out with the gluten free burritos and such. I tried them and was super ecstatic that they tasted almost normal. Then I was sick for 3 weeks. I couldn't figure out why until I realized that all of their products are made on shared factory equipment. I emailed them and they apologized and mentioned that it does test for under 20 PPM, so if you are sensitive like I am, its best to steer completely clear of their gluten free line.

What do you mean you have been eating yeast? Like regular yeast in gluten-free bread? or something different?
The regular yeast used in baking gluten-free bread is gluten-free. Most yeast you buy at the grocery to bake with is gluten-free - there is one odd brand that says it contains wheat.
Brewer's yeast is usually NOT gluten-free.
It was in gluten-free bread.

It is very possible that you are intolerant to yeast. Keep a food diary and continue to log your symptoms. I don't think you need to worry about gluten contaminating the yeast. Many with Celiac have additional food intolerances that they find once they go gluten free. Also your gut can just be extra sensitive while it repairs itself. The process can take up to 2 years or more so be patient with yourself.
How would i find out if im yeast intolerant??

So I got diagnosed with Celiac back in February, and recently I've been getting sick like I've been glutened but nothing I've been eating had had anything bad except for yeast. I read that yeast can be cultured with wheat. So is yeast what was glutening me? And How long before my symptoms going away?

I discovered what it was. As I was eating a bowl of cereal I came across a cheerio. I pulled a half eaten one out of my mouth. I don't feel too pleasant and now I am waiting for the full blown effects to take effect. :/
