    Haha!! I found Coca Puffs last night here in MN! It does say more chocolatey taste and the copy right on the package under the ingredients is 2006. The exp date is Sept. I just ate a bowl and I will let you know how I feel today!!

    I Love them! I can find them at 3 different stores, but it is running all over the palce! Do you have a Whole foods near you? Mine is working on carrying their products.

    I love the sunflower flax seed bread! It is soooo good! I also like the many wonders brown rice bread! I have not tried the Itallian yet. I was always a fan of the multigrain filled with stuff bread!

    I eat Yoplait light all of the time! They are yummy!

    I started to notice little things after a few days. Like after 2 days I realized that my stomach was a lot quieter than usual. And within 2 weeks I could not believe how badly my stomach had hurt everyday! My neuropathy took 2-3 weeks to subside a bit as well as for the joint pain. I hope this is the answer to you feeling better!!

    Hmmmm. I have been using Suave as the label looks ok. But my hair has been falling out a lot again. So I am not sure if it is from shampoo again (this happened when I was using shampoo with wheat in it) or if I could have a thyroid issue. I need to get that checked out. Thanks Becky

    My daughter was anemic at 9 weeks and her levels had dropped to 7! She was put on iron supplements and it stayed just under normal for a while. She finally got off of them at 1.5 years. But then had to go back on them at 2.5 years. She had celiac symptoms that whole time. She is doing much better now that she is gluten free. So yes it is a possiblity...

    I got Athenos red roasted pepper as my friend said was gluten-free. I got really sick! The company never returned my email either! So use caution with Athenos until you check with them.

    Sorry that was confusing! He first said no changes, then he looked at my persistance and said oh they don't list and gluten.

    I get swansons as well. I do know that Cub brand and Flavorite are not gluten-free!

    I called GM this am and he said that he did not know of any new formulations. I asked him to please check their latest info on Cocca Puffs and he said that they DO NOT contain wheat, oats, barely and rye. and that it would be clearly labeled if they do. He did caution though to check the label every time you buy it in case they change back! He said it...

    I just got back from Target and our local grocery store and there is still gluten in both. And I am in MN where they make it! I did get the Neopets though and it is good! Belle loves it!

    I just saw one of these this weekend and couldn't find anything on their menu about gluten-free! I should call the one here in MN! Thanks for your sharing your experience!

    If I want them I have to make them as I don't eat pork. So, I tried to make them using turkey dogs.

    Thanks! Tylenol liquid is safe as well. I verified this when my daughter was really sick 2 weeks ago. The meltaways were not confirmed though so I bought the liquid. Johsnons buddies hair products and soaps are also safe. The Zooth brand toothpastes said they cannot guarantee no gluten so don't use it. (their statement)
