    I am pretty sure my daughter is reacting to the gluten-free pancake mix. It is the only new thing she has eaten and it happens not too long after that she gets D.

    That is the recipe that I used and they burnt in about 10 seconds! Did you use a deep fryer?

    When I checked with them all staxx were gluten-free and made on a dedicated line. I called because the pizza ones had no gluten-free label.

    It is tough! Especailly with Belle cause she is dairy free as well. I pack PB&J sandwiches, fruits and veggies, apple sauce, fruit leathers and chips, plus some gluten-free snacks. Things like that. Have you had any testing done for yourself? My blood tests were neg but I had so many symptoms so I just went gluten-free and I feel sooooo much better...

    We have not had problems. But I know someone who did but they had accidently picked up a regular bag and not gluten-free ones! Hope you feel better!

    I wanted to do the same thing but stopped myself and only went to places where there was a gluten-free menu. And still we could of had issues. It is ok! You are just fine!

    My daughters tests were neg but they said to do a gluten-free diet as a trial. Once we did that she stopped having bad runny bms 10x a day. Dairy is also a problem for her. My tests were also negative but all of my awful symptoms have gone away being gluten-free. So for us a dx is not necessary, we are just happy to be feeling good finally! Good luck...

    Im not sure. I could only find Flagyl on the list and not the generic. Hopefully someone else will know for sure!

    It can be depending on what you get. Mine was about $15. For 2 big chicken breasts and a bowl of mashed potatoes. They have sandwiches on gluten-free bread for $9. everything is generous sizes. But if you want the steaks they are $20. But all of the food is very good quality.

    Yes they are gluten-free. My daughter and I eat them every once in a while with no problems.

    We went there last night and it was wonderful!! We set up reservations from their website and it said special instructions. So, I typed in Gluten free menu. When we got there I gave them my name and they had my gluten-free menu waiting for me! It was a little difficult to order because I don't eat red meat or pork.     I agrree, that they could have avoided a lot of issues if they were honest and upfront about it. They still won't say they have gluten in them but their website says they do. Geesh!

    Polenta is gluten-free and says so right on the label.

    I am sorry! It is so furstrating to be sick with no cause! I hope you feel better soon! Def taking probiotics while you are on the antibiotics.

    Those are all great ideas! I would bring fruit leathers with me as they are a tasy easy to carry snack. And any bars or other things that would fit easy in a purse or bag. Def look at restaurants via the internet ahead of time. You don't want to be stuck while you are there!

    Do any of you claim medical expenses on your taxes? Like co-pays and prescriptions and dental work? My husband has several scripts and co-pays and I had a lot of dental work so I saved every reciept in a binder and we got a good deduction for that. It seems like a lot of work at first but I would just come home and put the recipt in the binder. I know...
