  5. For me, it is not just gluten... My whole autoimmune system is messed up and to make a long story short I am only eating fresh meats and only certain vegetables... Notably lettuce and tomatoes. Your gas and bloating is a sign of food intolerance and should help you determine your other intolerances...
  6. Response is pretty quick... Usually only a few minutes for some symptoms but I'll notice gas and bloating a while later and muscle tightness and joint paint even later.
