  4. Maria, I am so hopeful after reading your post. I am beginning to think that I may have a Folic acid intolerance myself that has kept me bloated and inflammed for all these years. I wanted to know if supplementing with Methyl Folate and B12 is a permanent thing or 1-off? Also which brand would you recommend to take. Thanks
