Hi guys! So I’m new here! Ive been quite poorly recently & just diagnosed as celiac! Did anyone find that they were really lethargic and generally exhausted before diagnosis? Did that change once you changed your diet? Im dreading having to look at everything I eat & going out to eat unplanned! Advice? :)
