I have a question I saw these containers for food that are metal with silicone cover they are oven and freezer safe , so what I was wondering if I travel with these containers and go to a house that cooks gluten is it safe to cook my container in the gluten full oven? I read on gluten free email I get that beans can be cross contaminated because they switch crops with wheat or barley or some gluten and they said lentils also do my question is does that include green beans and how do I know which beans are safe and which are contaminated?
