Hi, Sorry if this has been discussed before, no time to skim all topics right now. Just fried this savory pie using (new brand of) buckwheat flour, tapioca & psyllium (plus baking soda) and it turned out a blackish color. Anyone has an idea why? Tasted it and no problem at all with its flavor, but still can't face eating the whole thing because of the way it looks - as if it had lead in it or sg :) Pls help if you know the answer. Dark bits in the pic are NOT! nicely brown but black/green :( THX
