There was no reference range listed for the first test. It only said my result <3. What other tests need to be ordered?

My doctor ordered celiac tests for me because I have a whole slew of vitamin deficiencies. However, she isn't very helpful with interpreting them. Can someone help me out? TRANSGLUTAMINASE IGA AB <3 IGA 91 (reference range 81-463) Are there more tests that need to be ordered?
