    I just found this website and thread and am learning a lot. My 21 year old son was diagnosed about 14 months ago. He also has an intellectual disability and can't communicate very well. He has been gluten-free for 13 months. He has a great appetite but is struggling with weight gain. His weight hovers around 105 lbs (he was 125 lb and slowly gaining weight at 18 years of age before this all started...
    I chatted with Tazo directly a few minutes ago re: passion tea and they no longer test products for gluten at all... so the best we can achieve for now is "no gluten-containing ingredients", which as we know doesn't preclude cross-contamination.
