    not much of a difference other than its a lozenge that dissolves under the tongue the pure encapsulations products i've bought from amazon from third party sellers have made me feel sick but ones i've ordered directly from them i havent had a problem the only thing i take from them now is zinc just because i havent gotten a new one yet it would be good to...

    i stopped taking pure encapsulations vitamins besides their zinc the only b12 i have had luck with was the Jarrows lozenge b12 I would reccomend a lozenge over a b12 capsule anyway its much more effective especially with our guts cheers friend hope you feel better soon

    Does anyone know if these cashews are safe for celiac disease I know Nuts.com is safe but that cant be the only option? Its hard for me to order nuts with the shipping price limits in order for it to be free shipping if there are any cashews i can get in the stores that would be great I live in new hampshire there is teddy and riverqueen brand here aswell

    I've been having food for lifes gluten free bread not sure about the cross contamination procedures with them though
