  1. Happy birthday and may God bless you today!

  2. Yes it is I guess having a hard time giving up the veggie sandwich down the street and pizza. I'm sure with the veggie sandwich I can bring in my own bread. It's a family owned place and I'm sure they would work with me. One big difference I can tell not eating gluten in my breathing when I run. Last weekend I ate bread and such and had a horrible...
  3. Okay can someone please explain this to me? Now I think I have a gluten sensitivity and went to the doctor. Had blood work done and it came back negative for Celiac disease. Now what or is there a difference between a sensitivity and Celiac disease? My doctor assured me that this test is 95% accurate for Celiac disease but he never said anything about...
  4. Even thought I can not help you but I am training for my first marathon next year. I have almost been gluten free for a week and my energy level is at the all time low. I do take a vitiam everyday and try to get more organic foods as well. With my training my breathing is a lot better without gluten. I had blood work done today so I guess in a few weeks...
  5. I didn't know this I been almost gluten free since last Friday (3 crakers, 2 small cookies and maybe something else). And I've been feeling like poo. I do work out almost everyday sometime twice a day. So keeping my energy level up is hard. going to the GI tomorrow to talk about my problems. You go NoSugarShell
  6. okay I am new to this gluten free and I guess I am not understanding french fires and why they have gluten in them. Is it b/c they fry other items in the frier? I think I have a sensitivity towards gluten not sure if it will get worse as I get older or not.
  7. I didn't know they were linked to Outback. I love Outback it is one of the few dinner places I go to. BTW-I'm new and just reading some post so HI everyone.
  8. I really do not want to do this. It hurts so much sometimes I cry and I don't cry over pain.
  9. Thank-you I ate a little bit of pita bread last night and I was gassy. I am slowly going to try and elimate gluten foods. One good thing I'll just tell my husband I have to go on the diet "on doctors orders" (even if the DR says yes or no) . I am still unsure about the test and I am not convienced that it is 100% accurate. I am happy I have found...
  10. First I am new to this board and been reading a little bit. My spelling isn't all that great but that's okay. I have always eaten bread and gluten items and no problem at all. About 4-5 years ago I would get this really odd pain in my stomach (not lower int but my stomach) and it would kill me. It didn't happen very often until about two years ago....
