I found a b-12 spray at Sprouts this past weekend without any of that stuff in it. It is called pure advantage and it is of the methyl form.

Update, I feel like total crap today...just really depressed. I am really wondering if the sugar alcohols could be it. I tried to find pure B12 but couldn't.
