  1. it's at i h e r b . com...I think it's pretty clear that I ain't advertising.
  2. I see I forgot the link: Open Original Shared Link
  3. Like many celiacs, I react badly to free-form glutamine. I am looking to by some whey protein for gluten-free baking. Open Original Shared Link protein product here says it uses a natural process to "preserve the glutamine." Should I avoid this?
  4. So I could have "glutenous" rice?
  5. I've heard for the longest time that fake crab meat has gluten. Why is this? I thought this was just another fish? I've avoided it forever, but want to know exactly why. Also, what is the chance of a sushi place using glutenous rice? Is it worth asking? Should I leave if the chef doesn't understand my question? Do some places put any soy in the rice...
  6. That makes me quite hopeful.
  7. I don't know about reintroducing caesin or soy, both of these turned up on the enterolab test. Isn't that a genetic thing? Also, I am using L-Glutamine to help heal my gut. Does anyone else do this?
  8. Through testing at enterolab and process of elimination, I found out I'm not only intolerant to gluten, but also dairy, soy, eggs and nuts/peanuts. Although I can eat eggs in baked goods and small amounts of tree nuts, it generally sucks. I can't even eat the gluten free products at most places cause they have that other poop in it.
  9. May sound weird, but meditation helped me quit smoking. Also, I can now have an occasional cigarette without going back into the habit.
  10. I'd try it first chance I get. I'm in college. I have roommates...it's far too difficult, I'd worry about the side-effects when I'm out of college.
  11. Would this product help -maintain- a gluten-free diet? As in, would it help one prevent from getting "glutened" because of trace particles in food?
  12. I used to work out a lot and would have a protein shake afterwards...that was a while ago, and I now know I can't have gluten, casein nor soy protein. I'm looking for a shake that I can have. I was wondering if the soy lecithin is going to have remnant soy protein. Also, whey protein is the gold standard for bodybuilding. Is it inevitable have some left...
  13. I also have ADD, which makes me not notices things...when I posted this last night I noticed for the first time "Fecal Antigliadin IgA 276 (Normal Range <10 Units)." I only noticed the line below it before...I guess I could do better avoiding gluten... Quick question. Is anything with soy lecithin gonna have the soy protein with it as well. I used...
  14. I've had upwards of 30 cavities in my life (I'm only 20). They stopped when I went gluten-free, thank God. I hope everything
  15. Hello everyone. This isn't my first post here, but it is under this user name. I posted around a year back but I forgot the user name and email. It wasn't many, so whatever. Anyway, I been gluten free for over a year (there have been small, accidental slip-ups, and one on purpose). Before then I was in constant pain for 10 years of my life (I am...
