I tried to explain to him that he had to keep my food away from everyone elses. He didn't grasp that concept at all. He brought over my salad and had everyone elses crouton filled salads...

I've been gluten free for almost a year. At first I didn't take it seriously and would "cheat" a lot, treating it more like a diet rather then a disease. I don't do that anymore, I try very hard to live completely gluten free. I just don't understand..I still feel lousy 99% of the time.
