I phoned up 3 musketeers and they named off their chocolate bars that do not contain gluten, and 3 musketeers was not mentioned. The bar does contain "flavor" as an ingredient, which could possibly be malt. The bar is wheat free, but that doesn't mean gluten free! -

Hi I've been eating 3 musketeers bars this past weekend. I've been cranky and bloated. Then I founded out that they aren't gluten free. I think they mush have malt flavouring. Any tips on how to flush the system quickly? I usually eat some ground flax seed and down a couple cups of water with it. Any other suggestions?
