I have recently been diagnosed with celiac disease. The people closest to me in my life have been telling me lately that my mood swings and irratability have been off the charts. I am not very careful about cross contamination and making sure everything is gluten-free when I go out to eat. Could this be why I am so irratable and snap very easily at the ones closest to me?
