I haven't really thought this through, so I'll just plunge in. I was born under the sign of Airies, and that's the way we operate First, I'll tell you that I'm happy to be a Celiac. At first I was totally dismayed in disbelief. My Dr. was more surprised that I was. I figure he was expecting to find a malignancy, and he told me he was astounded to discover the Celiac Sprue through the biopsy.I've been gluten free since June 16th (2005) and I must be doing something right...
