Thank you all for the input! After seeing the GI doc, he wanted to do an endoscopy not because he didn't think he would find damage but mostly because I have very mild to no outward symptoms so he would have a reference point for what kind of damage no symptoms looked like on me in case the symptoms were to ever get worse. Hello, I recently went to go see my doctor because I've been waking up a lot in the middle of the night with mild, nonspecific stomach pain over the last eight months or so.
