Texas Roadhouse has a Gluten Free Menu. I emailed the one in Willoughby and got an email and a phone call right away. Pretty amazing service. There's one in Parma at Route 42 and 480. There's a lot of peanuts though if anyone is allergic to that. Longhorn isn't gluten free, but I met the district manager and talked to him about it. Maybe they'll get on board...
