Hello Everyone, I saw my PMD about 2 months ago because I was having a lot of reflux, constipation, diarrhea, mucus in stool. My PMD recommended an elimination diet starting with gluten. I immediately felt better eliminating the gluten. I asked for a celiac panel which was negative(off gluten for 10 days). My PMD suggested I am gluten intolerant. ...
