Hello. My GI is going back and forth on IBS and Celiacs. (And is jumping straight to an endoscopy without a blood test? Is that normal?). But sometimes I eat gluten and don't seem to have symptoms at all. Is that normal? I also have bad symptoms in the middle of the night or not having eaten anything at all. But I know sometimes it takes awhile for symptoms...
