Hi, I’ve had folliculitis breakouts on the buttocks and nowhere else. And, I’ve had issues for years with coughing up Phlegm every single day. I don’t know what to do, where to start. And nothing seems to work. Is it the dairy, the gluten? Both? Should I cut both out? For how long? Feeling hopeless. Thank you. And, I’d prefer to not use antibotics if poss...
