Chris the Celiac

I'm desperate at this point. I feel like I've gotten no where. I'm absolutely petrified at the thought of getting glutened. So much so I don't even know if I am getting glutened now. I have no idea what products/brands to trust. Every other support group gave no help. They all just give vague answers or none at all. This is my last shot. Tips? I know the whole food, yes I've been doing that, but you also need store bought foods for a whole foods diet as well. I just need some incite on what brands are trustable and aren't gluten-free as a fad  any advice is needed
